Founded by educators and leadership professionals with international academic backgrounds and over ten years of teaching and mentoring experience, our mission is rooted in something personal: the realisation that many young people make life-changing decisions without support, perspective, or guidance.

We exist to change that.

Founder – Aspiromind

Aspiromind was created from real educational experience and lived learning.

I am an educator and leadership development professional with over 10 years of experience working closely with students and parents. I have taught in schools, worked in corporate education environments, and served as an academic manager, supporting both learners and educators.

My academic background includes:

•MSc in Life Sciences

•Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed.)

•MBA in Leadership (United Kingdom)

Over the years, I have guided 1000+ students on life skills and career awareness and conducted 1000+ parent sessions including orientations, counselling, and PTMs.

Through my own journey, I understood how the lack of self-awareness and leadership clarity can impact life and career decisions. Aspiromind was created to help young people build these inner skills early — with confidence, values, and clarity.

My Belief

I strongly believe that academic success alone is not enough. Confidence, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and decision-making skills play a critical role in shaping a child’s future.

Through Aspiromind, my goal is to support young people in building these inner skills early so they grow into confident, responsible, and self-aware individuals who can navigate life and careers with clarity.

Aspiromind is not just a program, it is a commitment to nurturing inner growth before external success.
